Sugar withdrawal

We've gone sugar free again as of yesterday, I have done it before and it's astonishing just how many things contain sugar. I don't recall struggling last time, but my word I can feel it this time! I feel really anxious and all I want to do is go and stuff my face with unhealthy stuff! It's really quite intense.

Throughout everything I have done with my health and fitness journey over the years, I have always gone with the 3's. When I gave something up, it takes me 3 weeks to stop wanting it or 3 weeks to get used to doing something new. So, it's going to be a long three weeks.
